By subscribing to Rue, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration and Account Security
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete and accurate registration information. You may not use an email address you do not control or impersonate another person during registration.
- Organizational Use: If registering on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for securing your account and all activities that occur under it.
2. Age Restriction
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not register or share any personal information with us. If we learn that a user under 16 has accessed our Services, we will revoke access and delete any associated information as quickly as possible.
3. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer
Rue does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis services. The app is for informational and emotional support purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or emergency support. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or mental health concerns. If you are experiencing an emergency or are in crisis, call emergency services immediately.
4. Data Collection and Usage
- AI Processing: Your conversation messages may be transmitted to OpenAI, L.L.C. via their API to generate responses. Before this occurs, the app will request your explicit consent. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
- Data Processing: Whitelabel may collect and process data such as account details, communication data, payment information, and technical usage data to enhance the app's functionality and improve user experience.
- Tracking Technologies: The app may use cookies and tracking technologies to monitor user interactions, improve personalization, and analyze engagement.
- Attribution Tracking: We use AppsFlyer, a mobile attribution platform, solely to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, for example, to understand whether a user installed the App after viewing one of our ads. We do not share attribution data with other third parties, sell it, or use it for any other tracking purposes. You can opt out of tracking at any time in your phone's settings.
