2. Our Roles: Controller and Processor

For your use of the Fi App, Whitelabel AI Corporation acts as the data controller, deciding how and why your personal information is processed. As Whitelabel is based outside the UK, Euverify Ltd acts as our UK data processing representative under Article 27 of UK GDPR.

Where you have been referred to Fi through a hospice partner, that hospice acts in accordance with its own care and clinical governance responsibilities; any access it has to your data is described in Section 6 below.
