These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”) and Whitelabel AI Corporation and its UK subsidiary Polyloop LTD (together “Whitelabel,” “Fi,” “we,” “us”), governing your use of:

• the Fi Bereavement mobile application;
• the servers used by the application;
• any websites, web portals, or widgets operated by us that link to these Terms; and
• all related services, features, and content we provide

(collectively, the “App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read this Agreement carefully.

By creating an account or using the App, you:

• acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement; and
• agree to be legally bound by it.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make changes that materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by in-App notice, email, or presenting you with the updated Agreement).

Your continued use of the App after the updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the App.
