Bonded by Baby (the “App”) is a joint initiative of Whitelabel AI Corporation and Social Creatures, Inc. (“Social Creatures”). Whitelabel develops, publishes, and operates the App and associated websites and therefore acts as the sole data controller for all personal information processed through the Service. Social Creatures is a nonprofit co‑steward of the App’s intellectual property and, subject to your consent, receives limited data via the Whitelabel platform for mission‑aligned outreach.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Whitelabel AI Corporation and its nonprofit partner Social Creatures, Inc. (“Whitelabel,” “we,” or “us”) comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) / UK GDPR, and other applicable data-protection laws. It describes how we collect, store, use, transfer, and share personal data from our users (“you”) in connection with the Bonded by Baby mobile application (the “App”) and the whitelabel.ai and bondedbybaby.org websites—together with all subdomains, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Whitelabel AI Corporation is the sole data controller for the Services. Social Creatures, Inc. serves as a nonprofit co-steward of the App’s intellectual property and receives only limited, consent-based data for mission-aligned outreach.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in advance by email or an in-App banner. Where required by law, we will seek your explicit consent. Your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

The most current version of this Privacy Policy is always available within the App and on our website.

• Ownership. Intellectual property is jointly stewarded by Whitelabel AI Corporation and Social Creatures. Whitelabel is the data controller.

Definitions

• “Personal Information” (or “PI”) means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a particular consumer or household.
• “Sensitive Personal Information” includes health data that you voluntarily provide, precise geolocation, and contents of communications.
• “Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Information, such as collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion.
• “Service Providers” are third‑party companies that process Personal Information on our behalf under written contracts.

We collect personal data whenever you engage with the Bonded by Baby Services. This information may come directly from you, automatically from your device, or via third-party sources that you have connected or that otherwise lawfully share data with us.
