Step 1: Check Your Email

• Go to your email inbox and look for an email from [email protected]. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see it in your inbox.

Step 2: Follow the Link

• Open the email and click on the link provided. This will redirect you to the Whitelabel AI account setup page.

Step 3: Set Up Your Password

• On the account setup page, you will be prompted to create a new password. Choose a strong password that meets the security criteria and confirm it.
  • Between 8 - 250 characters long
  • Include at least 1 lowercase letter and at least 1 uppercase letter,
  • Include at least 1 number and at least 1 symbol
  • Checking for common words or phrases to ensure security

Step 4: Log In

• After setting up your password, you should automatically be redirected to the login page.
• Enter your email address and the newly created password.

Step 5: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - (Optional - On by default)

• After entering your credentials, you will be required to complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process for additional security.
• Follow the instructions to set up MFA, which may involve entering a code sent to your mobile device or using an authenticator app.

Step 6: Access Your Account

• Once the MFA process is successfully completed, you will be logged into your account.

Step 7: Onboarding Information

• After logging in, you will see the onboarding information page. Take some time to explore the resources and guides available to help you get started with Whitelabel AI.
