- On any page of the Loop Platform, you'll find a light blue circle with AI sparkles located at the bottom right corner. This is your access point to Loop's features.

- Click on the light blue circle anytime to ask Loop questions regarding your documents or to receive assistance.

- Access to Documents:
- Within Loop, you can access all your documents. This includes anything you have uploaded to your Loop library.
- Hints and Tips:
- Loop provides hints and tips for creating effective question templates. Utilize these resources to enhance your document preparation and feedback requests.
- Our top tips include:
- Use fewer sources, if you know where the answer is select it in the sources - for accessing external feedback loop feedback you must do this though selected the feedback loop in question.
- Build your answers, ‘Write a grant on X’ will get you less than if you asked individual questions from the grant application or pulled out the facts you need and then build your answers up to create exactly what you need.
Selecting Feedback Sources
- Choosing Feedback Sources:
- In Loop, you have the option to select one or multiple feedback sources. These sources can include:
- Websites you’ve added.
- Documents uploaded to your library.
External Loop Feedback
- Engaging with External Loops:
- You can select 'external' loops as a feedback source. This enables you to:
- View responses from your external loop stakeholders.
- Analyze questions they have asked Loop, providing insights into external perspectives.
