Follow these steps to add and manage web pages in your library in Whitelabel:
Step 1: Accessing the Web Library
- Go to the Library section of the platform.
- Click on the 'Web Library' tab located under the main heading.
Step 2: Adding a Web Page
- Click the blue button labeled 'Add Web Page' in the top right corner.
- Enter the full URL of the website's homepage that you want to add.
- Hit the blue 'Add' button to initiate the process.
Important: Ensure that you only scrape your own websites or those for which you have the appropriate permissions.
Step 3: Processing Web Pages
- Once you submit a URL, the system will begin processing the web page. During this time, the page card will appear in a darker blue shade, and a spinner will be visible in the top right corner of the card.
- When processing is complete, the webpage card will turn a solid navy blue, indicating it is ready for further actions.
- You will be able to see your progress in the tags on the cards, this lets you know how many pages are visible to us and how many have been proccessed.
Note on Processing Time - Processing web pages can take a significant amount of time, especially if they are content-heavy. Please be patient; the system will continue to process these in the background until complete.
Step 4: Managing Web Pages
- After processing, you will see the following icons in the top right corner of each webpage card:
- Delete: Permanently remove the webpage card from the platform and any loops it is a part of.
- Re-process: Re-sync the webpage if needed.
